We started with Audrey first because Jake hasn't really liked Santa in the past. I had my husband sit Audrey in his lap, she stared him down and I snapped a photo. I then told him to sit Jake on Santa's lap so I could snap a quick pic. Jake whined when he tried to sit him in his lap, so I suggested we switch and I'd hold Jake in the photos.
This is what happened next...
Luckily, we had a smart Santa on our hands, and he knew my kid loves apples
Maybe next year will be the year of a smiling Santa pic
